Service Terms

These terms are offered by Timastra LLC and govern access to Timastra Expenses, a hosted project-fund, liquidation, receipt, and reporting service. By creating or joining a workspace, you agree to use the service lawfully and to follow your organization’s financial-control policies.

Workspace responsibility

Your organization controls its workspace, member roles, project data, receipts, and exports. Workspace administrators are responsible for granting appropriate access, keeping member information current, and reviewing financial records before relying on them.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not attempt to access another organization’s data or interfere with the service.

Monthly billing, cancellation and refunds

Monthly billing only. Cancel before renewal through the billing portal or [email protected]; access continues through the paid period. Request a full first-payment refund within 14 calendar days, or a mistaken-renewal refund and cancellation within 7 calendar days. Other mid-period cancellations are not prorated, except for non-delivery or mandatory rights. See the billing policy for refund handling.

Subscriptions and availability

Paid features, limits, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation details are shown during checkout or in the billing portal. We may suspend write access when a trial or subscription expires, while preserving access as described in the applicable plan and operational policy. Planned maintenance and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

Records and exports

Timastra Expenses assists with recordkeeping but does not replace professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. Your organization remains responsible for verifying entries, retaining legally required originals, maintaining exports and backups appropriate to its obligations, and deciding whether a report is suitable for submission.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, malicious, or infringing material; probe security controls; overload the service; resell access without permission; or use Timastra Expenses to misrepresent transactions.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms with reasonable notice when changes materially affect your rights or obligations. You may stop using the service and cancel a paid subscription through the available billing controls. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
